Torlesse Lavender
In 2023 plans commenced to establish a lavender farm at FairView. Phase one is complete and we now have 5000 plants in the ground with views across the lavender to the Torlesse range and Oxford hills. The summer 2026 season will commence in mid-December with the Lavender plants showing off their colours and scenting hte air.
